How do I book for my event?

You can book us by visiting our website and clicking the "Book Now" button or contacting us directly via phone or email.

What if I need additional hours beyond the initial booking?

2 hours is our minimum. Additional hours can be added for $100 per hour. It's best to arrange this in advance, but we may be able to accommodate last-minute extensions depending on availability.

Do you deliver the basketball arcade to any location?

Yes, we can deliver the trailer anywhere, but for locations beyond a 30-mile radius, we charge $2 per mile.

What is the rental rate?

The rental rate is $300 for 2 hours. Each additional hour is $100.

Is there a deposit required to reserve a date?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The other 50% is due within 7 days of your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once your deposit is paid, we can no longer cancel your booking. Your deposit will be surrendered if you decide to cancel. In the event of bad weather, we will work with you to reschedule or find an alternative solution.

Can the mobile arcade be set up indoors?

Yes, our basketball arcade trailer can be set up both indoors and outdoors. There will need to be about 10 feet of clearance height to get the trailer indoors.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, online payment methods, and cash. Specific details will be provided during the booking process.

Is there an age limit for playing the arcade games?

All ages are welcome. For smaller children, we recommend adult supervision while playing.

Do you allow rentals for corporate events?

Yes, we allow bookings for corporate events. The trailer is perfect for team-building activities, company picnics, and more.

How far in advance should I book my event?

As early as possible. This is the best way to guarantee your preferred date and time.
